ONLINE RETURNS

 

What is the return window?

Once your order is shipped, you have 30 days to return it.

 

What can be returned?

Merchandise in its original condition, (unworn or unused with original tags attached) can be returned for a full refund*.

 

What cannot be returned?

Graduation, gift cards, technology, and clearance items can not be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Our inventory is constantly changing, so anything returned outside of 30 days will NOT be eligible for a full refund.

 

How can I return something?

Returns can be processed in-store or via mail.

To return an online order in-store, the cashier will need your order number and preferably, the packing slip included in your package to hand off to our online department. The return will be processed via our online department and you’ll receive an email confirmation once completed. This could take up to 1 business day.

To return by mail you can initiate a return through your account. To access your account and request a return, look at the top of our website for the icon of a person. Please ensure the email address entered matches the email address used on your order. Through your account, you can find your previous orders and  request a return. This is a new feature and we're still learning, so please email [email protected] with any questions!

*Any unauthorized returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee and may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

Within 14 days of purchase, unworn items with tags can be returned in-store for a refund.

If you made a purchase in-store but won't be back to return it within 14 days, you can mail it back to us. Please email [email protected] for more information on this process.

 

EXCHANGES

Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for! That being said, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges. Exchanges can be done in-store at no additional fee. In-store exchanges will need the name attached to the order to process.

If you’ll be mailing an item to us for an exchange, we’ll send a link to you that you can use to pay for the exchanged item to be mailed back out. Please email [email protected] about what item(s) you’d like to exchange, BEFORE you send it, so we can verify we have what you requested.
